According to several news reports, the release of Samsung Galaxy SIII is expected in the first quarter of 2012. With that being just around the corner, Android fans are avidly waiting for the big news.  To date, Galaxy SI and SII have been the most powerful devices to have come out of Samsung’s factory and both of these phones have given Apple’s much hyped iPhone a tough competition. Many neutral sources even ranked Samsung’s Galaxy a mark above the iPhone. The Galaxy series of Samsung has received a very encouraging response.

Although Samsung’s Galaxy SIII was rumoured to be released in the first quarter of 2012 but the latest reports have hinted that Korean company does not plan to go ahead with the launching of the phone until April. Some of the other rumours regarding the specifications of the phone make it very clear that SIII will definitely be the most powerful machine thus far. With a 12 MP camera and a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor, SIII might just claim the biggest chunk of market share once it is released. Its mammoth HD screen, which is one of the most praised features of its predecessor SII, already has many raving for the upcoming mega device.

All the specifications of SIII and even the release date are still unconfirmed but Samsung has the knack of surprising people. We will have to wait and see just how pleasant SIII’s surprise will be for Android fans.

The Symbian Anna software update have satisfied Nokia users but not contented as users worldwide were expecting a much more than this update delivered. To overcome this, Nokia has now officially announced Symbian Belle. According to various leaked images and videos, it is thought that Symbian Belle would be a real competition for Android phones. Nokia now wants its users to try something new with three of its fantastic smartphones. It has launched Nokia 600, Nokia 700, Nokia 701; all of which are based on Symbian Belle. Nokia 700 is the small for a smartphone but it is packed with some powerful features. It has scratch resistant and a smudge-free screen. It also has a powerful camera for still images and videos. The price of this cell phone in Pakistan is not yet confirmed as the price will be set by Ufone so that it could earn a sizable amount of profit as well. With having so many features like the iPhone 4 can HTC’s Wildfire give some competition to Apple iPhone 4 in Pakistan? It would be difficult for HTC Wildfire to beat Apple iPhone 4 in Pakistan because Pakistani’s always buy cell phones manufactured by Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson and now Apple. The price of HTC Wildfire would be around PKR 40,000/- and we know the price of iPhone 4 would be way higher than that. HTC Wildfire therefore has some competitive edge over Apple iPhone 4 to capture Pakistan’s cell phone market.
